Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: One selion of land in the same vill lying between Philip's lands on both sides, and it extends in length from Neudic towards the north as far as Philip's land towards the south. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns from William and his heirs freely, peacefully and in inheritance, paying yearly to William and his heirs 1d at Easter for all services, customs and exactions.
