Folio: 350v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Sale.
First party: William, son of Nicholas le Neucumen of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole of the land which William had in the parish of St Clement, namely three and a half acres without any reservation, lying between Philip's lands on the east side and west side, whose limits abut upon le Neudicgate towards the north, and upon his land towards the south. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns of William and his heirs in fee and inheritance, freely, quietly, peacefully and honourably, paying yearly to William and his heirs 4d, namely 1d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas, for all service, demand, suit and secular exaction. For this sale Philip gave WIlliam three marks in advance.
