First party: William, son of Nicholas de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: Half an acre of land in the territory of the same vill lying between William's land on the west side and the land of Andrew le Neucumen on the east side, and it extends in length from Asecroft towards the north as far as the land of the same Andrew towards the south. For 10s which Philip gave to William in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs and assigns of William and his heirs with free entry and exit and all appurtenances, freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to William and his heirs one clove at the feast of St Botolph for all services, customs and exactions.
