First party: John, son of Nicholas Neucomen of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletbi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: All John's right and claim in the lands and inheritances which he has from the gift of William, his brother, falling to John from the inheritance of his father in the territory of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby]. For half a mark which Philip gave to John in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely and quietly, in fee and inheritance, according to the tenor of his charters which he has by William's gift.
