Folios: 349-349v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Agreement.
First party: Geoffrey de Kedingtune.
Second party: Walter Galle, his man.
Place or subject: Half a bovate of land in Saltfleteb' [Saltfleetby] which was of Hemming Sprenting and which Walter Galle deraigned against Geoffrey by the king's order when Walter de Grimesby was sheriff of Lincolnshire, namely that Geoffrey quitclaimed to Walter Galle the whole farm he owed him, 6s a year for the half-bovate. From all foreign service which pertains to that land, Walter Galle acquitted two parts of this half-bovate and Geoffrey the third part, until he should deliver to Walter Galle the whole land which Gamel de Saltfletebi [Saltfleetby] holds of that half-bovate, which is the third part thereof.
