Folios: 348v-349. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Geoffrey de Kedingtun with the advice of his wife and heirs.
Second party: Walter Galle of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole two parts with appurtenances of one half of a bovate of land in Salfletebia [Saltfleetby], both in men and also in other things, namely of the half-bovate which Hemming Sprenting held of Geoffrey in that vill. For his homage. To hold of Geoffrey and his heirs freely, quietly and honourably, doing to Geoffrey and his heirs one hundreth part of the service of one knight's fee for all service and exaction.
County: [Lincolnshire].
