Place or subject: Four acres of land and half a perch with buildings in the vill of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby] in the parish of St Peter, namely that land which Robert de Sattheby gave to the common of St Mary, Lincoln. To hold of Roger and his heirs in fee and inheritance, freely and quietly, absolutely and honourably, paying him 6d a year at Michaelmas for all earthly service and secular exaction.
