Place or subject: One selion of land which contains two acres and lies on the east side next to the land formerly of Joscelin. To hold of Robert and his heirs in fee and inheritance, freely and quietly, paying yearly to Robert and his heirs 2d at the feast of St Botolph for all service and exaction.
