Folio: 348. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Sale.
First party: Andrew, son of William son of Isabel de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: One half-acre of meadow in Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] in the meadows on the west side of Apol, lying between the land of Gilbert Raven on the west side and the land of Walter de Ravenby on the east side, and it extends in length from the land of Andrew the Priest towards the west as far as Andrew son of William's land towards the south. For one mark. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns of Andrew and his heirs freely and peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Andrew and his heirs one clove at the feast of St Botolph for all services, customs and exactions.
County: [Lincolnshire].
