First party: Philip le Waasur [Vavasour] of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Walter, son of Andrew of the same vill.
Place or subject: Three selions of arable land with appurtenances lying in the territory of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] next between the land of William, son of Walter de Legreste on the west side and the land of Gilbert, son of Hugh son of Gille, on the east side. And they abut towards the north upon the land which was of Osbert, son of Maud de Legreste and towards the south upon Saltergate. Without any reservation. For a certain sum of money which Walter gave to Philip in advance. To hold to Walter and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to the lord of the fee 5d at the terms appointed in the soke for all secular services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
