Folio: 346v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: John Galle, son of Robert, by the advice and consent of his heirs.
Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Twelve acres of land in the territory of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby] lying on the north of Hadic between the land of Walter de Raitheby [Raithby] and Reithesdaile. To hold of John and his heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance for 20d, which Odo and his heirs will pay to John and his heirs yearly at four terms for all services and exactions, namely 5d each at feast of Hilary, 5d at the Close of Easter, 5d at the feast of St John the Baptist, and 5d at Michaelmas.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Hugh Neucumen; Walter de Oxecumbe; Robert son of William; Robert son of Luke; and Ralph the clerk.
