Folios: 345v-346. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Agreement.
First party: John, son of Walter de la Clote of Saltfletb' [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle, rector of the church of St Clement of the same vill.
Place or subject: John grants that he will not give or sell or in any way demise part of his land, or the whole of it, during his life to any man or woman except Philip, under pain of three marks. For 20s which Philip gave to John.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Gilbert the chaplain; Walter the chaplain; Henry the clerk; Adam le Vavasur [Vavasour]; Walter, son of William Clemente; and Gilbert the clerk.
