First party: Simon de Asfortheby.
Second party: Peter, son of Odo Galle of Saltfletbi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole land with appurtenances lying between Peter's land on the north side and the common way on the south side, and it abuts towards the east upon the land which Simon gave to Walter, his son, and towards the west upon Peter's toft. Without any reservation. For a certain sum of money which Peter gave Simon in advance. To hold to Peter and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Simon and his heirs one clove within the octave of St Botolph for all secular services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
