Folio: 344v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Roger Futur and Walter and William, his sons.
Second party: Osbert son of Robert.
Place or subject: Three acres of land in the territory of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby] in the croft where Roger Futur lived, whose limits abut upon Saltergate and upon the land of Hugh son of Godric, and it lies between the land of the same Hugh and the land of William Futur of Holm. Paying yearly to the lord of the fee 6d at four terms, namely 1½d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Richard son of Humphrey; Robert le Vavasur [Vavasour]; Peter Galle; John Galle of Cokeringtone [Cockerington]; Walter son of Robert; and Robert the clerk, writer of this charter.
