First party: Maud de le Hille, daughter of Robert and Alice de Hille of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Master John Galle of the same.
Place or subject: All her right and claim in all the lands, tenements and rents with appurtenances once of Robert, Maud's father, and Alice, her mother, in the vill and territory of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby]. Without any reservation. For a certain sum of money which John gave to Maud in advance. To hold to John and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace and inheritance according to the tenor of his charter of feoffment without any challenge or demand or impediment from Maud or her heirs or assigns forever.
