First party: Robert the chaplain, son of Stepi of Salfledeby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle of Salfledeby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Four acres of land in the territory of the same vill which are next adjacent in the south meadows of Salfledeby [Saltfleetby] on the south side of Neudich, between the land of Alan, Robert's brother, and the land of William son of Yungewine, and they extend in length from Gippetoftesende as far as le Aadich. For his service. To hold to Andrew, his heirs or assigns of Robert and his heirs freely, quietly, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Robert and his heirs 8d at four terms, namely 2d at each of the following: the octave of Hilary, the Close of Easter, the Nativity of St John the Baptist, and the octave of Michaelmas, for all secular service, exaction and custom.
