First party: Master John Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Ivo, son of Richard Bon of the same.
Place or subject: The whole of John's right and claim in one toft in the vill of Salfletbi [Saltfleetby], surrounded by a ditch, which is called Muddingthoft, with appurtenances lying next between the lands which were of Richard son of Humphrey on both sides, and abutting towards the south upon le Adic and towards the north upon le Dayle which was of Ake Mudding, and in one gore in the same vill between le Aadic and le Aa lying next between the land which was of Richard son of Humphrey on the west side and John's land on the east side. For 12d, to be paid to John and his heirs yearly, namely 4d at each of the feasts of Christmas, St Botolph and Michaelmas for all secular services.
