First party: Adam, son of William de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: Half an acre and fourteen 'falls' of land in the same vill lying in a place called Fiskmare within Philip's croft, surrounded by the ditch, between the land of the church of All Saints and the land which was of Robert, Adam's brother. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Adam and his heirs freely in perpetual exchange for half an acre of land in the same vill, lying in one selion called Milnerich between the land of Andrew son of Hugh on the west side and the croft of Walter de Molendino on the east side, and it abuts towards the south upon the land of Robert, Adam's brother, in the same selion.
