First party: Walter, son of Petronella de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: One perch and ten 'falls' of land in the same vill lying next to the house where William Tycheboy once lived, between the land of Robert son of Solomon on the east side and the land of the church of St Clement on the west side, and it abuts upon the way towards the north. And one perch and five 'falls' of land at the end of one selion belonging to Walter towards the north, lying between Philip's land on the east side and the land of the church of All Saints of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] on the west side. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Walter and his heirs in free and perpetual exchange for half an acre and fifteen 'falls' of land in the same vill lying between the lands of William son of Gilbert on both sides, and it abuts on both ends upon the lands of John son of Eudo.
