Folio: 336v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Quitclaim.
First party: Thomas, son of Gilbert de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: 4d of annual rent which Philip was accustomed to pay to Thomas at the four terms of the year, namely at Christmas, Easter, the feast of St Botolph and Michaelmas, for a certain tenement he holds of him lying in the territory of the same vill between Philip's land on the west side and the land which was of Solomon the clerk on the east side, and abutting towards the north upon Thomas's land and towards the south upon the land of Gilbert Colman and Lucy Galle. For a certain sum of money which Philip gave to Thomas in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully, in inheritance, well and in peace forever without any challenge or claim or demand from Thomas or his heirs.
