Second party: Andrew the chaplain of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two acres of arable land lying in the territory of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby], namely upon Rediland between the land of Ranulf Pya on the one side and Andrew's land on the other, and they extend from the length of Peter, son of John, on the north side and the land of Robert son of Ivetta on the south side. To hold to Andrew and his heirs or assigns of Robert and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance, well and in peace, paying 3d yearly to Robert and his heirs at Michaelmas for all secular services, customs and demands.
