Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln.
Place or subject: All John's manor of Saltfletebi [Saltfleetby] with the advowson of the church of St Clement of the same vill, and with all other appurtenances, together with the dower which John's mother holds appurtenant to that manor, and with all the land which Alan de Raytheby [Raithby] held at his death, and all other appurtenances, as in homages and services of freeholders and villeins, rents, meadows, pastures, fishings and all other easements within the vill and outside. To hold to the earl and his heirs and assigns in fee and inheritance freely and quietly forever without any reservation from John and his heirs, doing to the chief lords of the fee the services due and accustomed.
