First party: Alice, daughter of John de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletbi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One plot of land in Skitebroc [Skidbrooke] at le Dunes, containing in length fourteen feet and in width twenty-four feet, and it lies next between the land which was of John son of Wulvina on the south side and le Hutgand on the north side, and it abuts towards the east upon John's land and towards the west upon the land of Gilbert son of Metewen, with free entry and exit from the way towards the west as far as the sea, which land Alice holds from the gift of John son of Wulvina. To hold to Philip and his heirs and assigns of the lord of the fee entirely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to the lord of the fee a halfpenny at the feast of St Botolph for all services, suits, customs and demands.
