First party: Walter, son of Ranulf de Salfledby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: The whole land with appurtenances which Walter had in the territory of Salfledbi [Saltfleetby] lying between Philip's land on the west side and the land of Andrew the chaplain on the east side, whose limit on the north abuts upon le Flet and the limit on the south upon Walter's land. For three marks which Philip gave to Walter in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns from Walter and his heirs freely, quietly and peacefully, paying 2d yearly to Walter and his heirs at four terms, namely a halfpenny at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas, for all services, customs and exactions,
