First party: Robert, son of Odo de Mannebi [Manby].
Second party: Odo Galle of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole of Robert's land in Saltfletebi [Saltfleetby] without any reservation, namely 12½ acres in the parish of St Peter of Saltfletebi [Saltfleetby], which is to say 8½ acres of meadow between the land of Robert Grosdit and between Asecroft, 2½ acres of arable land on the south side of Toftes, and 1½ acres on the north side of Toftes. To hold of Robert and his heirs freely, quietly, honourably and peacefully, paying to Robert and his heirs 19½d at the four terms for all services, customs and exactions, namely 5d at Christmas, 5d at Easter, 5s at the feast of St Botolph and 4½d at Michaelmas.
