First party: Adam, son of Robert de Saufletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Andrew the chaplain of Saufletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two acres of arable land lying in the territory of Saufletby [Saltfleetby], namely upon Rediland between the land of Robert son of Iveta on the one side and le Sedic on the other, and they extend from the length of the land of Peter son of John on the north side and the land of Robert son of Iveta on the south side. To hold to Andrew and his heirs or assigns of Adam and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance, well and in peace, paying 4d yearly to Adam and his heirs at four terms of the year appointed in the soke of Gayton for all secular services, customs and demands.
