First party: William, son of Agnes de Salfleteb' [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Three acres and one perch of land in the territory of Salfleteb' [Saltfleetby] lying between the land of Odo Galle, which was of Reginald son of Mirrild, and the land of Gilbert son of Stepy, and it abuts upon the land of Walter de Oxcumbe on the south side and upon the land of Gilbert son of Stepy on the north side. For 30s which Andrew gave to William. To hold to Andrew and his heirs or assigns of William and his heirs freely and quietly, paying yearly to William and his heirs 5½d at the four terms, namely 1½d at each of the feasts of Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas, and 1d at Christmas for all earthly service, custom and exaction.
