Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One acre of meadow lying in the new croft between Philip's meadow on the east side and the meadow of Ivo Druri on the west side, in length from Adic as far as Philip's meadow towards the north with all appurtenances. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance, well and in peace, paying yearly to the lord of the fee, namely 1d to the abbot and convent of Parco Ludo [Louth Park] at the feast of St Botolph for all services, customs and demands.
