Place or subject: Five acres of arable land lying at Quenesbric in the territory of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby] next to the land of the church of St Peter in length on the east side. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely and quietly, in fee and inheritance, doing the service to the lords of the fee which belongs to that land.
