Folio: 330. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Quitclaim.
First party: Alice, late wife of William Simnel of Salfledby [Saltfleetby], widow.
Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: All her right and claim during her life in the name of dower in one toft and one croft and in the whole land with appurtenances, which William Simnel, her late husband, sold to Andrew Galle and his heirs. For this quitclaim Philip gave to Alice one mark.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Walter de Oxecumbe; Herbert de Salfledby [Saltfleetby]; William Mole; Simon son of Avine; Walter at church; Walter son of William; and Thomas Stanard.
