Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: All her right and claim during her life in the name of dower in one toft and one croft and in the whole land with appurtenances, which William Simnel, her late husband, sold to Andrew Galle and his heirs. For this quitclaim Philip gave to Alice one mark.
