Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: One selion of arable land in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby], lying between the land of John son of Albert, on the east side, and Munchedele on the west side, and the limits abut upon the meadow of the church of St Clement towards the south and upon William's croft towards the north. For half a mark which Andrew gave to William. To hold to Andrew and his heirs of William and his heirs freely and quietly without any claim, paying yearly to William and his heirs a halfpenny at Michaelmas for all service and secular exaction.
