Folios: 329v-330. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Sale.
First party: William Symenel.
Second party: Andrew Galle.
Place or subject: The whole of the land which William had in the vill of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby], namely the toft and croft with buildings. To hold of William and his heirs to Andrew and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly and in right of inheritance, paying 16d yearly to William and his heirs at the four terms appointed in the soke, for all services and secular exactions.
County: [Lincolnshire].
