First party: William Burell of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: One pound of cumin which Odo Galle, his father, gave to William at Martinmas, and a certain ditch lying between Odo's land and the land of Matthew Burell, whose western limit abuts upon Apol and the eastern limit upon Buttercadding. To hold to Andrew and his heirs or assigns for his service freely, quietly and in inheritance without any claim of William or his heirs.
