First party: William, son of Robert son of Mireld de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Walter, son of Walter de Oscumbe.
Place or subject: One toft adjacent between the toft of Walter and the toft of Osbert Franceys. To hold to Walter, his heirs and assigns of the mother church of Lincoln for 3d, to be paid yearly at Michaelmas for all secular services. William also grants to Walter two and a half selions lying in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] on the west side of the land of Agnes daughter of Robert Mole, and they abut upon the 'grist'. To hold of the lord of the fee for 3d, to be paid yearly at the four terms appointed in the soke of Geyton [Gayton], for all services and demands.
