Folio: 328v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Adam, son of Robert de Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: The toft and croft with buildings in which Adam was at one time accustomed to live in the vill of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby], and they lie between the land of Richard son of Humphrey on the east side, and the land which was of the same Philip on the west side, and they abut upon le Maredyc towards the north and upon Letheylandes towards the south. To hold to Philip and his heirs and assigns of the lord of the fee freely in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to the lord of the fee 3d at four terms of the year, namely 0¾d at the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas, for all services, customs and exactions.
