Folio: 327v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Adam, son of Robert son of Mole.
Second party: John (Joni), his brother.
Place or subject: The whole meadow which Adam has in Cucroft, of which half an acre and eleven perches lie next to le Michelduch, and sixteen perches from the meadow of Osbert which lies next between that meadow and the meadow of William de la Clote, and twenty-six perches which lie next between the meadow of Walter the chaplain and the meadow of Ranulf son of Hangrim, and the whole right and claim which Adam has in Mucheldych. Also the whole of that part, which Adam has in Agmare, namely a third part. For his service and for two marks, which John gave to Adam. To hold of the lord of that fee, paying yearly to the lord of that fee 3d at four terms, namely 0¾d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas.
