Description

Folios: 326-326v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Demise.

First party: Richard de Sees.

Second party: Philip Galle.

Place or subject: The fee farms of Richard's freeholders of Geython [Gayton le Marsh] and Tedelthorp [Theddlethorpe], together with all other liberties, just as is more fully contained in a deed, namel from Roger de Gotel 6d a year; Nordan de Luda 9s; Osbert Blund 2s; William son of Gilbert, 4s; John son of Godric, 15s 4d; Adam de Yokeshale 8s; John the smith 3s; Henry Ancupe 3s; William son of Constance 12d and one pound of pepper; William Blund 4s; Robert the cook 2s; William son of Robert, 15d; Gilbert the parson 2s 3d; Lucy Galle 6d; Robert Ancupe 12d; Richard de Wogdayle 3s 6d; Cecily de Arderne 8s; and Alan son of Sybil, 16d. Richard has also granted free entry and exit with carts and wagons. He will also have free entry and exit to the bridge to the house of Geoffrey at le Bek, whenever he wishes.
