Place or subject: One and a half acres of arable land lying in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] between the lands of Peter Galle on both sides, and abutting towards the south upon le Neudicgate and upon the land of John son of Wymerca and towards the north upon Caluecroft, for one selion of arable land in the same vill, lying between Peter's land on the east side and William's land on the west side, abutting towards the south upon le Neudicgate and towards the north upon Caluecrofte. To hold to Peter and his heirs and assigns in perpetual exchange freely, quietly, peacefully and in inheritance.
