Folio: 325v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Robert del Hill of Salfledby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of Salfledby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One half acre of land in Salfledby [Saltfleetby] lying between the lands of Simon son of William, both sides of which land abut upon the land of Eudo son of Benceline. To hold of Robert and his heirs in fee and inheritance freely and quietly, paying yearly to Robert and his heirs one clove at the feast of St Botolph for all secular services and demands.
County: [Lincolnshire].
