Folio: 325. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Sale.
First party: Robert the chaplain, son of Osbert del Grist of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Walter, his brother.
Place or subject: Two acres of land in Futurcroft and two acres which Robert's mother holds in the name of dower, lying together between the land of Robert Feuerhehe and the land of the same Walter. To hold in fee and inheritance freely, quietly and entirely to Walter, his heirs or assigns of Robert and his heirs, paying yearly to the lord of the fee 9¼d at the four terms, namely 2¼d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter and St Botolph, and 2½d at Michaelmas, for all service, custom, exaction and demand. For this quitclaim Walter gave to Robert six marks in advance.
