Place or subject: One acre of meadow and one perch lying in the west meadows on the south side of Vavasur Dayle between Philip's land on the west side and the land of Gilbert son of Walter on the east side, the sides of which abut towards the north upon the land of Harald son of John and towards the south upon the land of Richard son of Osbert. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly, honourably, in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to the lord of the fee the service which pertains to that land.
