First party: Robert, son of Walter, son of Hanctetin de Lud [Louth], with the advice and assent of Juliana, his wife, and his heirs.
Second party: Odo Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Four acres of meadow and half a perch in the territory of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby] for his services, namely in Shwarkerdeile on the north side. To hold of Robert and his heirs freely and quietly, paying yearly to Robert and his heirs 12d for all services and exactions at two terms, namely 6d at Easter and 6d at Michaelmas.
