First party: William, son of William de Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Agnes, daughter of Adam son of William of the same.
Place or subject: One selion of arable land in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] lying between the land of Master John Galle on the east side and the land which was of Robert son of William on the west side, and it abuts towards the south upon the land of Master John Galle and towards the north upon le Grist. To hold to Agnes and her heirs in tail of the lord of the fee freely, quietly, well and in peace, paying yearly to Adam, William's brother, and his heirs 8d at four terms of the year appointed in the soke of Gayton for all services.
