First party: Sibyl, daughter of Odo de Carlethon [Carlton].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: The whole land which Sibyl had from the gift of John le Peyntur of Saltfleteby [Saltfleetby] in Tyrneholm in the territory of the same vill or in the name of dower or by any way. For 24s which Philip gave to Sibyl in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely and quietly, in fee and inheritance from Sibyl and her heirs, doing the service to the lords of the fees which belongs to that land.
County: [Lincolnshire].
