Description

Folios: 322v-323. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Quitclaim.

First party: William, son of Robert son of Richard de Trusthorp [Trusthorpe], one of the heirs of William de Schitebrock [Skidbrooke], clerk, now deceased, his uncle.

Second party: Master John, son of Odo Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].

Place or subject: All William's right and claim in the name of inheritance after the death of William, his uncle, in all arable lands, tenements, buildings, stalls at the port of the sea, meadows, pastures, tofts, crofts, ways, paths, commons and the site of the mill which were once of William, his uncle, in the vills and territories of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke]. For 8 marks of silver, which the said John gave to the said William in advance.

County: [Lincolnshire].
