First party: Gregory, son of Andrew the chaplain of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: Seven acres of arable land with appurtenances lying in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] between Philip's lands on the east side and the west side, and abutting towards the north upon le Maredicgate and towards the south upon the croft which was of Ande Saladin; and two selions with appurtenances, lying between the lands which Walter son of Wyot formerly held, and they abut towards the north upon le Neudicgate, in perpetual exchange. To hold to Philip and his heirs in perpetual exchange freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance.
