First party: William, son of Reginald of Cokeringtonia [Cockerington].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Five acres of land lying in the territory of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby], which John, William's uncle, gave to William and which lie between the land of Simon the clerk and the land of Robert Kempe, and they abut upon Saltergate and the land of the abbot of Parco [Louth Park]. For three marks. To hold to Andrew and his heirs freely, quietly, in fee and inheritance of the lord of the fee, paying yearly to the lord of the fee 10d for all earthly service and secular exaction and custom, namely 2½d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas.
