Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: The gift of her lord Reginald son of Gregory, namely the meadow in Salfletebi [Saltfleetby] which lies in Althelwicroft between Undergat and the meadow of the monks, a total of seven perches in width extending through the middle of Althelwicroft. To hold of Alice and her heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance according to the tenor of a charter made between her lord and Odo Galle, namely for 16s which Odo gave to her.
