First party: Reginald, son of Gregory de Korinctun [Cockerington].
Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Reginald's meadow, which he had in Salfletebi [Saltfleetby], namely in Althelwicroft, a total of seven perches, extending in width through the middle of Althewicroft, which lie between Undergat and the meadow of the monks. To hold of Reginald and his heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance, paying yearly to Reginald and his heirs at farm 3½d at four terms for all services and exactions, namely 1d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter and St Botolph, and 0½d at Michaelmas.
