First party: Reginald, son of Gregory de Cokeringtonia [Cockerington].
Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: The whole of that land in the territory of Saltfletebi [Saltfleetby] which he has from the gift of John Galle, lying between the land of Walter de Raytheby [Raithby] and the land of William Coleman, and it abuts upon Aadic and Toftes, which were of Arnald Galle. For four marks of silver which Odo gave to Reginald to marry Reginald's daughter. To hold to Reginald and his heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance, doing the service of the lord of the fee pertaining to that land, just as the charter,which he has from John Galle bears witness.
